Anticipation is mounting as the Palma Superyacht Village gears up for its most significant edition yet. Running from 30 April to 3 May, alongside the 41st Palma International Boat Show (PIBS), this year’s event is already setting new records with an extensive waiting list and overwhelming demand — solidifying its position as a cornerstone on the global yachting calendar.
A Show in Full Sail
With each passing year, Palma has cemented its reputation as the beating heart of the Balearic yachting scene, attracting professionals across brokerage, charter, refit, and repair sectors. For 2025, the Superyacht Village is taking a bold step forward with a focus on innovation, networking, and immersive experiences — making it a must-attend for the industry elite.

“We are looking for more creative ways to fit in more exhibitors, be it ashore or in the water,” says Arne Ploch, Managing Director of BYBA Event Management and Senior Sales Broker at Camper & Nicholsons. “The addition of the Superyacht New Build Hub is a great example and an important milestone.”
Debuting the Superyacht New Build Hub
The headline addition this year is the Superyacht New Build Hub — a 5,000-square-metre space dedicated to showcasing the cutting edge of yacht construction. Hosted in the newly revamped Club de Mar marina, the area offers 21 berths for superyachts from 35 to 80 metres, connected to the main event via tenders and golf carts for seamless access.
Confirmed exhibitors include top-tier sailing yacht builders like Vitters, Baltic Yachts, Royal Huisman, and Wally. The hub is designed to spotlight designers, naval architects, and suppliers in the new-build sector, offering a rare behind-the-scenes look at the future of yacht design.
“This is a natural evolution, aligning with the growing demand for cutting-edge solutions in the superyacht industry,” says Michele Flandin, Events Marketing Strategist at Fraser Yachts.
Barbara Muller, Charter Broker at Ocean Independence, adds: “With this addition, we expect more traffic, and it’s great that it’s in a separate location — it will be a very successful show.”
A Platform for Innovation and Sustainability
Beyond the stunning yachts, the Superyacht Square offers curated spaces like the Innovation Corner, Sustainability Corner, and ACREW Lounge, where workshops, panels, and networking events tackle key industry themes. Sustainability and technological advancement are taking centre stage — reflecting a deeper commitment to forward-thinking yacht design and operations.
“Palma Superyacht Village is a key player in shaping trends within the yachting industry,” says Flandin. “This year, we expect continued focus on eco-friendly technologies and sustainable practices in yacht building.”
The Balearic Advantage
What sets Palma apart is its unique blend of professional excellence and laid-back charm. With world-class refit and repair facilities, vibrant cruising opportunities, and its role as a gateway to the Mediterranean season, Palma is more than just a show destination — it’s a fully integrated yachting hub.
“Palma offers a truly 360-degree experience,” says Ploch. “All the services you need — from maintenance to charter to lifestyle — are here in one place. That’s rare.”
Matthew Lester, Sales Broker at Fraser Yachts, agrees: “The combination of local authenticity with international appeal creates a dynamic, engaging environment. It feels very ‘Mallorca’ — and that’s a good thing.”
“Business here happens differently,” adds Ploch. “It’s about people at the core of yachting. PIBS continues to prove that strong relationships are what really drive our industry.”
A Must-Attend for the 2025 Season
With record attendance expected, a pioneering new-build showcase, and a compelling mix of exhibitors, the 2025 Palma Superyacht Village promises to be its most exciting edition yet. For anyone in the business of superyachts — from builders and brokers to owners and designers — Palma is the place to be this spring.
Whether you’re there to close deals, network, or simply be inspired, the Palma Superyacht Village 2025 will once again deliver the connections, insight, and atmosphere that define the best of the global yachting community.
