The world’s largest sailing yacht is preparing to set sail in June 2026, offering an unparalleled luxury experience along the French and Italian Rivieras.
The Orient Express Corinthian is the result of a visionary partnership between Accor and renowned French shipyard Chantiers de l’Atlantique. Spanning 220 meters (722 feet) in length, the yacht boasts three towering masts and 1,500 square meters (16,145 square feet) of rigid sails, making it a true spectacle on the water.
“Inspired by the golden age of luxury travel, Orient Express Sailing Yachts reinvent motion and comfort on water while being designed to meet sustainability challenges of today and the future,” said Sébastien Bazin, chairman and CEO of Accor.
Unrivaled Luxury & Entertainment
Onboard, guests will be treated to 54 opulent cabins, including 48 suites on Decks 4, 5, and 6 and six premium suites on Deck 7, all featuring panoramic ocean views.
The yacht will house five world-class restaurants, including La Table de l’Orient Express, helmed by Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno. Guests can also indulge in eight bars, including a 1930s-style speakeasy and a Parisian cabaret hall inspired by the Moulin Rouge.
For relaxation, the Orient Express Corinthian offers a swimming pool, a Guerlain spa, and a movie theater, along with an unexpected addition: a state-of-the-art recording studio.
A Revolution in Sustainable Sailing
One of the yacht’s most groundbreaking features is its SolidSail system—a first-of-its-kind technology utilizing three rotating and tilting masts that optimize wind energy, reducing fuel consumption while enhancing performance.
Additionally, the yacht is powered by a hybrid propulsion system using liquefied natural gas (LNG), which significantly reduces emissions. To further its eco-conscious mission, the Orient Express Corinthian incorporates: ✅ AI-driven marine mammal detection to prevent collisions ✅ Dynamic positioning technology to eliminate anchoring and protect seabeds
For those eager to be among the first to experience this one-of-a-kind sailing adventure, reservations open on March 25, 2025.
