talian shipyard Rossinavi has launched its latest full-custom superyacht, the 52.7-metre Heed. Previously known as hull FR052, the yacht was kept highly secret during construction. Work began in January 2024 at the shipyard’s facilities in Pisa.

Heed represents a collaboration between top designers and naval architects. Alberto Mancini Yacht Design created the exterior, Achille Salvagni Architetti designed the interiors, and Arrabito Naval Architects handled the naval architecture. Matty Zadnikar of SeaNet SuperYachts represented the owner throughout the project.
Sleek and Dynamic Design
The yacht’s exterior balances clean lines with understated volumes. Alberto Mancini explained that the design aims to remain elegant at rest and dynamic while underway. The metallic grey hull emphasizes the yacht’s geometric shapes, creating a delicate play of light and shadow throughout the day.

Outdoor spaces stand out as key features. The aft beach club includes a pool and fold-down side platforms, transforming it into a social hub close to the water. Additionally, an observation deck offers elevated views and a peaceful retreat for the owner and guests.
Interiors Built for Comfort
Inside, the main saloon features full-height glazing, creating a bright and inviting social area. The saloon opens onto a panoramic aft deck dining space, which includes a fold-down starboard balcony for al fresco meals.

The upper deck is dedicated entirely to the owner. A forward-facing suite maximizes privacy and panoramic views. The deck also includes a private outdoor lounge and a forward pool with a counter-current system. According to Mancini, placing the owner’s suite forward allows a quieter, more intimate connection with the sea.
Innovative Features and Specifications
Heed operates silently at anchor thanks to an onboard battery system that can replace generators. The yacht measures 52.7 metres in length, with a 9.1-metre beam and a draught of 2.5 metres.
Federico Rossi, Rossinavi’s chief operating officer, highlighted that the yacht combines style and functionality. “Generous open spaces, a panoramic owner’s cabin, and a large pool make this yacht designed to be lived on,” he said.
Rossinavi’s Growing Portfolio

The launch of Heed follows Rossinavi’s announcement of the 47-metre Berserk 47 project last year. Together, these builds reinforce Rossinavi’s reputation in the custom superyacht sector and showcase its ability to deliver high-quality, innovative designs.
