Oceanteriors has revealed the striking interior design of the 80-metre superyacht Lassel, one of the standout models from Oceanco’s innovative Simply Custom series. The interiors follow the sleek exterior lines created by designer Tony Castro, which first caught attention when unveiled in 2024.
A Grand Tour Reimagined
Taking cues from Lassel’s explorer profile, Oceanteriors – with offices in Portugal and the UK – has crafted an interior that blends modern artistry with timeless materials. The design celebrates fluidity and sculptural detail, creating a balance between comfort, culture, and innovation.
The yacht’s name pays tribute to Richard Lassels, the 18th-century Englishman known for popularizing the “grand tour.” According to Castro, the yacht embodies that spirit of travel, education, and discovery:
“We wanted Lassel to be synonymous with experiences that broaden culture and knowledge, yet wrapped in the elegance and innovation that define Oceanco yachts.”

Simply Custom Series
The Simply Custom collection includes 27 yachts, each built on a shared technical platform with hull architecture by Lateral Naval Architects. The 80-metre models feature a gross tonnage of 2,500-2,700 GT and a flexible layout with an owner’s suite on the upper deck and six guest suites on the main deck.
This series is designed for owners who want to personalize their yacht without entering a full custom build. Enhanced sustainability, advanced entertainment technology, and lifestyle-specific options—from diving and watersports to smart-eco packages—are all available.
