Global Brands Signal Strong Confidence in Asia’s Luxury Yachting Market Ahead of Singapore Yachting Festival 2026

-

The Singapore Yachting Festival (SYF) will return from 23 to 26 April 2026 at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, marking its largest and most ambitious edition to date. With an expanded on-water showcase, increased global yacht launches and deeper industry engagement, SYF 2026 further reinforces Singapore’s position as a strategic hub for Asia’s rapidly growing luxury yachting sector.

A strong vote of confidence in the Festival’s momentum comes with the return of J.P. Morgan Private Bank as Official Bank Partner for the second consecutive year. The renewed partnership highlights the bank’s continued commitment to the development of the regional yachting ecosystem and to supporting the influential community of owners, industry leaders, designers and innovators brought together by SYF.

“J.P. Morgan Private Bank is delighted to renew our partnership with the Singapore Yachting Festival for a second consecutive year as the Official Bank Partner,” said Harshika Patel, Chief Executive Officer, J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Asia. “This collaboration draws on our rich sailing heritage and reflects our commitment to excellence, innovation and teamwork. It also underscores our dedication to creating exceptional experiences aligned with our clients’ passions and to supporting the dynamic growth of the yachting industry in Asia.”

Damen Yachting Reaffirms Its Commitment to Singapore

Further strengthening SYF’s international profile, Damen Yachting has confirmed its return as a major sponsor, once again presenting the Superyacht Lounge in 2026. Following a highly successful participation in 2025, the Dutch builder’s continued involvement reflects the growing relevance of Singapore as a focal point for superyacht activity and engagement in Southeast Asia.

“Damen Yachting is delighted to return to SYF 2026 as main sponsor of the Superyacht Lounge,” said Sarah Flavell, Marketing Manager at Damen Yachting. “With increasing interest in larger yacht ownership in this region and more superyachts operating in Southeast Asian waters, the Singapore Yachting Festival plays an instrumental role in bringing together key decision-makers across Asia Pacific. It is an ideal platform for collaboration, education and meaningful engagement within the superyacht sector.”

The continued support of global brands such as Damen Yachting and J.P. Morgan Private Bank reflects growing confidence in SYF’s role as a connector for the luxury yachting industry across Southeast Asia.

Strengthening Regional Dialogue and Community Engagement

As a leading platform for Asia’s yachting community, SYF continues to prioritise dialogue, education and regional participation. In the lead-up to the 2026 edition, the Festival will host a series of high-touch regional engagement events in Jakarta (January), Bangkok (February) and Singapore (March), bringing together owners, UHNW clients, industry leaders and media to strengthen relationships and build momentum ahead of the show.

New VIP Experiences for Buyers

New for 2026, invited buyers will have access to exclusive VIP luncheons and cocktail receptions hosted aboard superyachts, offering curated networking opportunities with a select group of ultra-high-net-worth guests. These invitation-only experiences will feature bespoke culinary presentations by private chefs and provide an intimate setting for meaningful conversations.

What to Expect at SYF 2026

SYF 2026 is set to be the largest edition in the Festival’s history, featuring more than 70 yachts and over 200 international and regional brands. Confirmed exhibitors include Azimut Yachts, Boat Lagoon Yachting, DCH Marine, Ferretti Group, Leopard Catamarans and Simpson Marine. Organisers expect more than 13,000 visitors from across Asia and beyond, further cementing Singapore’s status as a central meeting point for the global yachting community.

A newly introduced Spotlight Zone will deliver curated content throughout the show, including masterclasses, live demonstrations and short-format talks designed to encourage learning, conversation and storytelling in an intimate environment.

Southeast Asia Yachting Conference Returns

Taking place on 21 and 22 April 2026 at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, the Southeast Asia Yachting Conference will return with a sharper focus on actionable insights and regional collaboration. Industry leaders across marinas, charter, superyachts, technology and policy will participate in a two-day programme covering:

  • Market outlook and marina development
  • Charter trends and evolving service demand
  • Technology and digital infrastructure
  • Sustainability and decarbonisation case studies

Opportunities for sponsorship and speaker participation remain open for organisations seeking to contribute to the region’s strategic dialogue.

Yacht Style Awards and Gala Dinner

The Yacht Style Awards will be held on 22 April 2026, welcoming more than 350 owners, VIPs and industry leaders for an evening celebrating excellence in innovation, design and on-water experiences across more than 30 categories, with a strong emphasis on Asia.
