Feadship has officially delivered the 71.8-metre Stella M (formerly known as Project 827), marking the latest milestone in a busy year for the Dutch shipyard. The yacht has now departed for the UK, heading toward the Port of Dover after completing her successful sea trials.

Originally built on speculation and launched in 2022, Stella M found her owner in record time — just six weeks after hitting the market in July 2023, with the sale brokered by Burgess. According to Feadship sales director Maarten Janssen, the new owner was drawn not only by the short delivery timeline but also by the yacht’s design and layout, which offered an ideal platform for family living.
“He loved the exterior and interior design, and the yacht totally fit what he was looking for in terms of layout for family use. A perfect fit,” said Janssen.
East Meets West in Sophisticated Harmony

Designed by Studio De Voogt, Stella M showcases an elegant, raked superstructure and sharp bow, creating a bold, streamlined silhouette on the water. Her exterior lines are paired with an interior conceived by FM Architettura d’Interni, reflecting a harmonious blend of “Scandinavian warmth” and “Japanese minimalism”—a style often described as Japandi.
The interior is light and serene, with earthy tones and modern furnishings creating a tranquil atmosphere throughout. Natural light plays a key role in the design, especially in the main deck’s four guest staterooms and two VIP suites, all arranged to optimise daylight.
Highlights On Board

Guests arriving via the swim platform can access the yacht either through the main deck or a hidden wellness area, revealed by a transforming staircase mechanism—an example of the yacht’s seamless integration of engineering and elegance.
Key features include:
- Seven-metre main deck pool
- Dedicated wellness centre at the beach club level
- Owner’s deck with wraparound views, private breakfast area, and hot tub
- Sundeck with forward sunpads, a second pool, and a spacious al fresco dining lounge
A notable rarity for a yacht of this size is Stella M’s private owner’s deck, made possible by the raised pilothouse design. This exclusive level ensures unmatched privacy and sweeping ocean views, turning the master suite into a floating sanctuary.
What’s Next for Feadship

With 13 yachts currently under construction across its four facilities, Feadship continues to push the boundaries of custom superyacht building. Among its upcoming highlights are the 132-metre flagship slated for 2027 delivery and two high-profile premieres at the Monaco Yacht Show: Breakthrough, the world’s first hydrogen-powered superyacht, and Valor, a zero-emission explorer concept.
Stella M stands as a shining example of Feadship’s ability to deliver bespoke creations that unite timeless aesthetics with next-generation innovation—crafted with speed, elegance, and a strong eye toward the future.
