The Turkish shipyard Bilgin Yachts has proudly launched Tamasha, the very first unit in its Bilgin 170 series — a striking new model that seamlessly blends contemporary style with classic sophistication. Designed by Unique Yacht Design in collaboration with Hot Lab, Tamasha follows the elegant lines of the Bilgin 163, such as the 50-metre Eternal Spark, but introduces several design evolutions that enhance space, comfort, and functionality.
Following her successful launch ceremony, Tamasha has been transported to West Istanbul Marina for final outfitting works.

“The ceremony was a deeply proud moment for the entire Bilgin family,” said Tuğba Şengün Topgül, Marketing Director of Bilgin Yachts. “To see Tamasha touch the water with such grace and grandeur was a testament to the passion and hard work of our team. This wasn’t just a launch; it was the beginning of her story.”
Design Evolution
While maintaining an identical general layout to the Bilgin 163, the Bilgin 170 offers more generous proportions and a refined, traditional bow design. The bridge deck has been extended by 1.5 metres, the bow area now features an additional relaxation space, and the swim platform has been expanded to provide an even closer connection to the sea.

Her elegant light brown hull distinguishes Tamasha visually, while her expansive sundeck – one of the largest in this size category – hosts an eight-person Jacuzzi, a spacious dining area, and a stylish bar.
Comfort and Accommodation
Tamasha accommodates 12 guests across luxurious cabins, supported by nine crew members. The owner’s suite, situated on the bridge deck, offers stunning sea views and ultimate privacy, highlighting Bilgin’s commitment to owner-centric design.
A Refined Vision of Performance
According to Emrecan Özgün of Unique Yacht Design,
“Our goal was to optimise the 50-metre model with a more sporty, masculine look while maintaining the flexibility of both open and enclosed spaces, all within 500 GT. The result is a yacht that truly stands out from the crowd.”
Bilgin’s Expanding Fleet
Tamasha is part of a dynamic period of growth for Bilgin Yachts. The yard currently has 12 yachts under construction, including three Bilgin 173s and three additional Bilgin 170s. The recent interior reveal of Camila — the second Bilgin 163 — ahead of her debut at the 2025 Monaco Yacht Show, further underscores the shipyard’s strong momentum and creative direction.
With Tamasha, Bilgin Yachts continues to elevate Turkish yachtbuilding excellence on the global stage — crafting vessels that combine artistry, performance, and enduring elegance.
