Avora: Alperen Aslan Design Introduces a 65m Superyacht Inspired by a Living World

Turkish studio Alperen Aslan Design has revealed a striking new 65-metre superyacht concept named Avora, envisioned as a “living planet” on the water. The concept is driven by a distinctive design philosophy called bio-fusion, merging the elegance of living organisms with Ancient Egyptian craftsmanship and futuristic, space-inspired aesthetics.

Avora’s exterior is defined by a matte Anthracite and Obsidian Grey finish, echoing the textured surface of a rocky planet. Flowing hull lines inspired by “orbital fluidity,” a sharply raked bow and layered deck forms are complemented by curved glazing that recalls the atmospheric layers of Neptune. Brushed metallic elements and reflective glass capture and diffuse light, while LED illumination at night is designed to glow like polar auroras.

Inside, the yacht offers accommodation for 12 guests across six cabins, including a spacious owner’s suite with private office, VIP suites and guest cabins, all set within an 11.6-metre beam. Social spaces include a main-deck saloon with dining area, an upper-deck lounge, cinema, gym and a dramatic beach club accessed by twin curved staircases framing a glass-fronted pool. Crew quarters accommodate up to 16 crew across dedicated cabins.

“Being aboard Avora feels like stepping onto the surface of a planet,” explains Alperen Aslan. “Every line emits its own energy, as if the yacht were an autonomous being.” The name Avora reflects this vision, blending the Latin avo (“distance”) with Ra, the symbol of the sun—reinforcing the concept’s cosmic identity.
