102m Lürssen superyacht Jassi launched

-

German shipyard Lürssen has successfully launched its 102.4-metre superyacht Jassi at its Rendsburg facilities, marking the first public appearance of the yacht since her technical launch into the Kiel Canal in December 2023.

Previously known as Project Jassj, the full-displacement motor yacht is constructed in steel and aluminium and remains largely confidential. However, it is confirmed that both the interior and exterior design have been penned by British studio RWD, delivering a refined profile defined by clean lines and extensive curved glazing.

The latest images reveal Jassi’s traditional flared bow, topped with a foredeck helipad, while her cool grey exterior and flowing lines underline Lürssen’s signature approach to large-yacht design. Measuring 3,420GT, the yacht features a 15-metre beam and a 3.9-metre draught.

Jassi was technically launched in 2023

Accommodation is arranged for 22 guests across 11 cabins, supported by quarters for a crew of 37, reflecting the scale and complexity of a yacht in this size category. The project was sold in 2021 by Moran Yacht & Ship, with construction commencing in 2022. Delivery is scheduled for Q3 2026.

Jassi is one of 10 superyachts exceeding 100 metres currently under construction at Lürssen, underscoring the shipyard’s continued dominance in the global large-yacht sector. The launch comes during a particularly active period for the German builder, following recent reports that its 110-metre new build O3 has entered sea trials.
