Picchiotti Unveils New 53M P53 Concept for a New Generation of Owners

-

Italian shipyard Picchiotti, part of The Italian Sea Group, has introduced the P53, a striking new 53-metre superyacht concept designed for today’s modern yacht owner. Developed by the yard’s Picchiotti Centro Stile and R&D team, the P53 combines contemporary architecture with refined Italian craftsmanship.

Built with an aluminium hull and superstructure, the yacht features a 10-metre beam, expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. A spacious beach club, fold-down terraces and open social areas create a lifestyle focused on comfort, relaxation and entertaining.

Keeping the yacht below 500GT allows for greater operational efficiency while still offering generous accommodation for 12 guests across six cabins, supported by a crew of 10.

Powered for long-range cruising, the P53 is expected to reach a top speed of 18 knots, cruise comfortably at 14 knots, and deliver an impressive 4,000-nautical-mile range at 10 knots.

With the P53, Picchiotti blends its rich heritage with a fresh, contemporary vision, creating a yacht concept that reflects the evolving lifestyle and expectations of today’s superyacht owners.
