The company has appointed Bogdan Gusarev as Sales Manager for Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), while Salih Küçükoğlu takes on an expanded role overseeing Türkiye, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.

Expanding Presence Across Europe

Bogdan Gusarev joins Numarine with more than a decade of experience in the explorer yacht sector, having worked with leading companies in Germany, Italy and Türkiye. His professional background is complemented by extensive personal boating experience, having lived aboard a sailing yacht before entering the yachting industry.

Numarine believes this unique combination of practical seamanship and industry expertise will help strengthen relationships with owners and clients throughout Europe and the CIS.

“Bogdan combines real boating experience with a genuine understanding of what owners in this segment are looking for,” said Patrik von Sydow, CEO of Numarine.

“That’s a rare mix, and exactly what we need as we grow our presence across Europe and the CIS.”

Strengthening the Home Market

Numarine has also expanded the responsibilities of Salih Küçükoğlu, who previously managed sales across the MENA and APAC regions.

In his new position as Sales Manager for Türkiye, MENA & APAC, Küçükoğlu will now oversee the Turkish market in addition to his existing responsibilities.

Throughout his time at Numarine, he has played a significant role in developing the company’s dealer network across the Middle East and Asia-Pacific while cultivating relationships with high-net-worth clients worldwide.

According to von Sydow, his customer-focused approach and understanding of design-led yachting make him well positioned to support the continued growth of Numarine’s domestic market.

Continued Growth Strategy

The latest appointments form part of Numarine’s broader international expansion strategy as demand for long-range explorer yachts continues to grow worldwide.

Meanwhile, sales operations across the Americas will continue under the leadership of Ali Tanir, Head of Numarine Americas, ensuring continuity in one of the brand’s strongest international markets.

Supporting a Growing Global Brand

Recognised internationally for its range of explorer yachts from approximately 22 to 45 metres, Numarine has steadily expanded its footprint in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia through a combination of innovative yacht design, long-range cruising capabilities and a growing global dealer network.

By strengthening its sales leadership in key regions, the Turkish shipyard aims to further enhance customer relationships and support its continued international growth while responding to increasing demand for expedition-style luxury yachts.

As the explorer yacht segment continues to attract owners seeking autonomy, comfort and global cruising capability, Numarine’s latest appointments underline the company’s ambition to remain one of the sector’s leading builders.
