The Monaco Smart & Sustainable Marina Rendezvous will return to the Yacht Club de Monaco on 20–21 September 2026, bringing together around 250 professionals from the global marina and yachting ecosystem.
Over two days, marina owners and operators, investors, developers, architects, technology companies, public authorities and yachting industry leaders will gather to explore how marinas can evolve over the next decade.
The 2026 programme will focus on the key forces transforming the sector, including sustainability and resilience, technology and innovation, marina development and design, investment, new business models and the wider Blue Economy.
The programme combines conferences, marina project presentations, innovation pitches, workshops and structured networking, creating a platform where new ideas can connect with real-world projects and investment opportunities.
New initiatives for 2026
This year’s edition introduces several new elements, including the S3 Label – Smart & Sustainable Standard, designed to recognise marinas, yacht clubs and sailing schools committed to measurable and continuous environmental and operational improvement.
The event will also introduce Smart Marina Connect, a year-round B2B platform intended to maintain connections between solution providers, marina operators and developers beyond the annual Monaco gathering.
Innovation will receive greater visibility, with startups presented according to their development stage, from pre-revenue companies to scaling businesses.
The 2026 architecture competition will focus on ACI Marina Opatija in Croatia, challenging international studios to reimagine the marina while combining a multifunctional Marina Hub with a marine biodiversity centre and respecting the area’s heritage and ecosystem.
With Monaco entering one of the busiest periods of the international yachting calendar, the Rendezvous aims to provide a focused environment for ideas, investment, innovation and collaboration across the future of marina development.
