The redevelopment of Marina Port Valencia has reached a key milestone with the official launch of berth sales and rental options across its three distinct marina zones: Marina Norte, Marina Sur and Marina City.
The phased rollout aligns with ongoing construction, offering flexible agreements of 10, 15 and 20 years for yacht owners and operators seeking a strategic Mediterranean base.
Three Marinas, One Vision
Each marina within the development has been designed with a clear identity:
- Marina Norte will cater to yachts up to 130 metres, combining open-water access with a premium waterfront environment integrating offices, retail and hospitality.
- Marina Sur focuses on versatility and operations, accommodating yachts from 6 to 115 metres, with dedicated refit, repair and technical facilities, alongside a future dry dock.
- Marina City, positioned closest to Valencia, will host yachts from 12 to 130 metres and is set to be the first area delivered, featuring exclusive central pontoons and early-season availability.
A 360° Yachting Ecosystem
Beyond berthing, the project is designed as a fully integrated yachting hub, offering services such as 24-hour security, fuel supply, parking and environmental management, alongside leisure, innovation and commercial spaces.
With sales teams already engaging prospective clients, Marina Port Valencia is positioning itself as a next-generation Mediterranean destination, connecting urban life with the sea while supporting the evolving needs of the global superyacht fleet.
