Majesty Yachts has officially commenced sea trials for the first hull of its new 45.3-metre Majesty 145 superyacht, Suzie Q, marking another milestone for the UAE-based shipyard as it expands its presence in the global superyacht sector.
The announcement follows the yacht’s launch in April at Gulf Craft’s facilities in Umm Al Quwain, where selected guests and industry partners were given an exclusive first look on board the latest addition to the Majesty superyacht range.
Positioned between the 32.3-metre Majesty 100 Terrace and the flagship 54.4-metre Majesty 175, the Majesty 145 represents a key step in the evolution of the brand’s semi-custom superyacht offering. The yacht’s exterior and interior design were developed in collaboration with renowned Italian studio Cristiano Gatto Design, continuing its longstanding partnership with Gulf Craft.
Designed around owner lifestyle and onboard wellness, the Majesty 145 features expansive social areas, dual infinity-style pools, dedicated spa and wellness spaces, an infrared sauna, and a fully equipped gym located on the upper deck. Accommodation is arranged across a spacious six-cabin layout, combining luxury with functionality for extended cruising.
The yacht also integrates several advanced technical solutions aimed at improving efficiency and onboard sustainability, including a heat recovery system for fuel-efficient climate control and hot water production, a certified lithium battery storage system for water toys, and an advanced water mist fire suppression system.
Speaking during the official preview, Mohammed Hussein Alshaali described the project as a reflection of the UAE’s growing expertise in yacht manufacturing and engineering excellence.
Meanwhile, Erwin Bamps highlighted the Majesty 145 as a symbol of the region’s increasing competitiveness within the international superyacht industry.
As a semi-custom platform, the Majesty 145 offers multiple configuration possibilities across the stern, bow and upper decks, allowing owners to tailor the yacht to their personal lifestyle and operational preferences.
With sea trials now underway, Suzie Q moves one step closer to delivery, reinforcing Majesty Yachts’ ambitions within the 40-metre-plus luxury yacht segment and further strengthening the UAE’s position on the global superyacht map.
