Azimut has revealed the first images from aboard its new flagship Seadeck 9, a 26-metre motor yacht that will make its official world debut at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival. Recently launched from the shipyard’s Avigliana production facility, the model represents the largest yacht ever built at the site and the latest evolution of Azimut’s Low Emission Yacht range.
Designed by Alberto Mancini, with interiors by renowned Milan-based designers Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez, the Seadeck 9 has been conceived to blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living while embracing a more sustainable approach to luxury yachting.
One of the yacht’s defining features is the expansive “Fun Island” aft deck. Spanning approximately 270 square metres, the area features cascading terraces, an amphitheatre-style lounge, generous sunbathing spaces, a concealed pool and a large swim platform that extends directly to the water. Fold-down side terraces further increase the available deck space, creating an inviting environment for relaxing, entertaining and enjoying water toys such as Seabobs, paddleboards and Jet Skis.
Inside, the Seadeck 9 offers a bright and contemporary atmosphere thanks to floor-to-ceiling glazing, disappearing glass doors and generous ceiling heights that seamlessly connect the saloon with the outdoor living areas. Owners can choose between two interior design schemes, featuring either warm walnut finishes or light oak, both combining natural materials with minimalist styling.
Accommodation includes a spacious owner’s suite inspired by eco-resort living, alongside a VIP cabin and two additional guest cabins. Throughout the interior, carefully integrated design elements prioritise comfort, openness and a close connection with nature.
Beyond its elegant styling, the Seadeck 9 has been engineered with sustainability at its core. The yacht is prepared to accommodate the Volvo Penta IPS hybrid propulsion system and incorporates Azimut’s advanced hotel mode, powered by a 60 kWh lithium battery pack, allowing guests to enjoy silent operation at anchor without running generators.
As part of Azimut’s Low Emission Yacht programme, the Seadeck series is designed to reduce carbon emissions by up to 30 percent compared with conventional yachts of similar size, combining innovative hull design with advanced hybrid technology.
With her official debut scheduled for Cannes Yachting Festival 2026, the Azimut Seadeck 9 showcases the Italian builder’s vision of a new generation of luxury yachts where sustainability, design and onboard lifestyle come together in perfect balance.
