The Dubai International Boat Show has announced a major calendar shift, confirming that its traditional April edition will be rescheduled to 25–29 November 2026 at Dubai Harbour.
The change aligns the event with the start of the Middle East’s peak boating season, creating stronger commercial conditions for yacht launches, brokerage activity, and international participation. Organisers believe the new timing will allow shipyards, brokers, and luxury brands to maximise engagement with regional buyers when marine activity across the Gulf is at its highest.
Industry insiders see the move as a strategic decision that strengthens Dubai’s position within the global superyacht circuit. With milder weather and increased yacht traffic in the region during late autumn and winter, the November edition is expected to attract a broader fleet of visiting superyachts as well as a larger international audience of owners, investors, and industry professionals.
Beyond the 2026 edition, the shift represents a permanent repositioning of the Dubai International Boat Show to the November calendar, marking a new chapter for one of the Middle East’s most influential marine events. The adjustment is designed to better integrate the show within the global yachting calendar and enhance opportunities for shipyards to unveil new models to a high-net-worth audience traveling through the Gulf during the winter season.
Held at Dubai Harbour, the region’s premier waterfront destination for superyachts, the event continues to play a key role in showcasing the rapid growth of the Middle East’s luxury marine sector. The UAE has increasingly established itself as a gateway between Mediterranean, Asian, and Indian Ocean cruising grounds, making Dubai a natural meeting point for the global yachting community.
As the show enters this new phase, the November schedule is expected to further reinforce Dubai and the UAE’s status as a strategic hub for the marine leisure industry, attracting leading shipyards, technology innovators, and luxury lifestyle brands to one of the fastest-growing superyacht markets in the world.
