Italian shipyard Arcadia Yachts has revealed the first details of its new flagship, the A125, at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026, introducing a new 38-metre platform that represents the largest yacht ever developed by the yard.
The A125 also marks a significant milestone for Arcadia as its first four-deck yacht, with the shipyard targeting delivery of the first unit in 2028. The yacht is expected to make its global debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival that year.

Developed and designed entirely in-house, the A125 builds on Arcadia Yachts’ distinctive approach to contemporary yacht design, placing emphasis on space, natural light, outdoor living and a strong connection with the sea.
Designed Around Life at Sea
According to Arcadia, the new flagship has been conceived to offer the sense of space and quality of life normally associated with significantly larger superyachts.
Interior and exterior areas have been carefully balanced, creating environments that can support both social interaction and privacy while maintaining a strong visual connection with the surrounding landscape.
Large living spaces are designed to open towards the outside, reinforcing Arcadia’s philosophy of bringing guests closer to the water and allowing the natural environment to become an integral part of life on board.
The design focuses on five central themes: space, light, continuity with the water, privacy and freedom of movement.
Flexible Accommodation
The A125 will accommodate up to 10 guests in five cabins, while Arcadia is also developing alternative layouts that can be adapted to individual owner requirements.
Crew accommodation is designed for seven crew members across four cabins, supporting the yacht’s extended cruising capability while maintaining separation between guest and service areas.
The four-deck configuration gives Arcadia considerably more freedom to create distinct environments on board, from private retreats to larger social spaces.
A New Expression of the Arcadia Philosophy
For Arcadia Yachts founder and CEO Ugo Pellegrino, the A125 represents an evolution of the philosophy that has shaped the shipyard since its creation.
“A125 is our new form of expression for Arcadia Yachts’ vision,” Pellegrino said at the Cannes launch.
He explained that Arcadia was established to address a growing desire among yacht owners for greater space, naturalness, freedom and a deeper relationship with the environment.
The A125, he added, takes that philosophy into a new size category.
Moving Into a New Size Segment
The A125 represents an important step up for Arcadia Yachts, expanding the shipyard’s portfolio into the 38-metre segment while retaining the design principles associated with its smaller models.
The project follows the recent development of the A96, Arcadia’s 29.3-metre crossover yacht series, which focuses on wellbeing and the relationship between indoor and outdoor environments.
With the A125, the Italian shipyard is now applying the same philosophy to a larger four-deck platform.
The Road to 2028
Although the first A125 remains under development, Arcadia’s Cannes presentation provides an early indication of the direction the shipyard intends to take as it moves further into the superyacht market.
The first yacht is scheduled for delivery in 2028, with its global debut planned for the Cannes Yachting Festival that same year.
For Arcadia Yachts, the A125 is therefore more than a new flagship. It is a statement of intent — taking the company’s distinctive approach to light, space, wellbeing and life at sea into a new generation of larger superyachts.
Superyachts Channel will continue to follow the development of the A125 as Arcadia Yachts moves towards construction and its anticipated 2028 debut.
