The Cyclades Cup returns to Antiparos next week for its third edition, once again bringing an invitation-only fleet of some of the world’s most distinctive sailing yachts to the Aegean.
Running from 10–13 June 2026, the regatta is organised in partnership with the Yacht Club of Greece and limited to just 25 yachts, reinforcing its position as one of the most exclusive events on the international superyacht calendar. Set against the quiet elegance of Antiparos, the event blends high-level racing with a relaxed, owner-focused atmosphere.
The Meltemi wind will once again define the racing conditions, guiding the fleet between Antiparos and Paros and across the surrounding Cycladic islands. The course offers a mix of open-water speed and technical island navigation, delivering what many participants describe as “sublime sailing.”
This year’s fleet is expected to include standout yachts such as INOUI, MARI-CHA III, Wallywind110 GALMA, LA BELLE, and TAWERA, highlighting both diversity and global reach. Owners and crews return year after year, drawn by the balance between competition and camaraderie.
“It’s one of the few regattas where you feel the difference immediately,” said TAWERA owner Tracy Mahoney. “The racing is excellent, but it’s the atmosphere that makes you want to come back.”
Off the water, the social programme remains a defining feature. Events include a sunset opening hosted with SEASE and AMAALA Residences, a private olive grove dinner with IYC and Jetcraft, the return of the Pantaenius SUP race, and an exclusive cultural visit to the ancient site of Despotiko in collaboration with the Cycladic Identity Initiative.
The regatta concludes with racing supported by UBS, followed by a final awards ceremony and community BBQ in the island schoolyard, bringing together owners, guests, crew, and locals in true Cycladic spirit.
Founded by Ilia Rigas, owner of ALMYRA II, the Cyclades Cup continues to evolve as an owner-led event where racing, culture, and community intersect.
