Alia Yachts has officially delivered the 45-metre full-custom superyacht Genie Blu, marking another milestone for the Turkish shipyard’s growing portfolio of bespoke luxury yachts. Following her launch in June, the yacht departed Alia Yachts’ facilities in Antalya, Türkiye, on 1 August and is now en route to Italy.
Commissioned by Italian entrepreneur Gianluca Vacchi, Genie Blu showcases a contemporary approach to yacht design, combining elegant proportions with a strong connection to the surrounding sea. The project was developed by Alia Yachts’ in-house design team in collaboration with Luca Dini Design & Architecture, resulting in a striking minimalist exterior defined by clean architectural lines, an all-white profile, expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing and fold-down side terraces.
The interiors, also created by Luca Dini Design & Architecture, remain private but are described as bright, open and closely connected to the marine environment. Large panoramic windows flood the living spaces with natural light, while a refined neutral colour palette enhances the calm and sophisticated atmosphere on board.
According to designer Luca Dini, the philosophy behind Genie Blu was to prioritize the owner’s experience rather than simply maximizing interior volume.
Outdoor living is equally impressive, with a spacious aft beach area connected by cascading steps to the cockpit lounge, generous relaxation spaces on the foredeck and an elegant sundeck offering panoramic views.
Speaking about the project, Gökhan Çelik, President of Alia Yachts, described Genie Blu as a yacht that challenges traditional design conventions by focusing on purity, proportion and life at sea instead of gross tonnage.
With her delivery now complete, Genie Blu further strengthens Alia Yachts’ reputation as one of the world’s leading builders of innovative, fully custom superyachts, demonstrating the shipyard’s ability to translate an owner’s unique vision into a highly personalized yacht.
