Dutch shipyard Feadship has announced that its 101.2-metre superyacht Project 1014 has officially begun sea trials in the North Sea, marking a major milestone ahead of delivery.

The highly secretive project was launched from the shipyard’s facilities in Makkum, the Netherlands, in April after construction began in early 2023. Exterior design comes from renowned British studio RWD, with naval architecture by Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture and interiors created in collaboration with Chahan Interior Design.

Project 1014 features a striking navy-blue hull paired with a sculpted white superstructure, highlighted by generous overhangs, curved glazing and refined brass detailing throughout her profile. The yacht also includes a large glass-bottom swimming pool on the main deck aft, which brings natural light into the expansive beach club below.

Additional standout features include fold-down balconies, a spacious foredeck helipad and a forward-facing Jacuzzi on the upper levels. The superyacht is believed to have an internal volume of approximately 3,840GT.
Project 1014 is currently the second-largest yacht under construction at Feadship, behind the yard’s upcoming 140-metre flagship project.
